The final details of fees, billing interval, billing currency, and applicable taxes shall be as shown on the checkout screen or billing screen at the time of purchase. The Company may display converted amounts on the pricing page or elsewhere for reference; however, such converted amounts are provided for convenience only and may not match the actual charged amount due to exchange rates, rounding, tax calculations, and other factors.

Credit card (Stripe)

Charged at the start of the subscription and on each renewal. If the Company offers a free trial, the initial charge will be made when the free trial ends. If you cancel (including scheduling cancellation) during the free trial, no fees will be charged unless otherwise specified by the Company.

Available immediately after completing the subscription (if the Company offers a free trial, the service may be available during the free trial period; however, features and usage conditions during the free trial may differ from paid plans and some features may be limited).

• ・Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available after service delivery.
• ・You can cancel through the procedures provided by the Company (including the Stripe Customer Portal).
• ・Unless otherwise specified by the Company, cancellation takes effect on the next renewal date, and you may continue to use the service until that date.
• ・Unless otherwise specified by the Company, fees already paid are not refundable.
• ・Unless otherwise specified by the Company, resuming a subscription or undoing a scheduled cancellation does not change the next renewal date (billing cycle).

• ・Plan changes may be made only to the extent permitted by the Company.
• ・Unless the Company explicitly states otherwise, downgrades to a lower-tier plan are not available.
• ・If the Company offers an upgrade to a higher-tier plan, unless the Company explicitly states otherwise, the fee for the new plan will be charged at the time of the change and no prorated calculation, refund, or credit will be provided for the unused portion of the prior plan.
• ・Unless the Company explicitly states otherwise, the billing cycle may be reset with the change date as the new start date.
• ・Billing and subscription handling related to plan changes shall follow the method prescribed by the Company and Stripe’s specifications.

Cooling-off does not apply to mail-order transactions.
