Cookie Policy

This document is an English translation provided for convenience. The Japanese version (/ja/legal/cookies) is the primary legal document, and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency. ---

1. General Provisions

This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the Company uses cookies and similar technologies in the AI avatar-integrated SaaS platform provided by the Company (the “Service”).

For the overall handling of personal information in the Service, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of text data stored in your browser by a website. The Service may use cookies to improve user experience, maintain security, and—depending on your choices—perform analytics and deliver ads.

In addition to cookies, the Service may use similar technologies such as local storage and identifiers. In this Policy, “cookies” includes these similar technologies.

3. Consent and preferences (cookie banner)

Except for strictly necessary cookies, the Service obtains your consent via the cookie banner (consent management). Rejecting non-essential cookies will not affect the core functionality of the Service.

You can do the following at any time:

  • Choose “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential”, or “Manage preferences” in the banner
  • Reopen the preferences panel from the “Cookie settings” link (e.g., in the footer)
  • Delete or block cookies via your browser settings

If you withdraw consent or reject non-essential cookies, the Company will stop using non-essential cookies and, where feasible, take steps such as disabling or deleting related identifiers.

4. Cookie categories

The Company classifies cookies into the following categories.

3.1 Strictly necessary

Cookies essential for providing the Service. These may be set without your consent.

3.2 Analytics

Cookies used to understand usage and improve the Service. These are used based on your consent.

3.3 Ads / Personalization

Cookies used for advertising delivery and personalization. These are used based on your consent.

As a project policy, for users in the EU/EEA, the Service does not use (or does not load) advertising / personalization tags.

5. Third-party services (tags / measurement)

The Service may use the following third-party services.

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

The Company does not use analytics data for advertising delivery or personalization. Analytics may involve sending data to third parties (e.g., Google).

These services may use cookies or identifiers to measure usage and, where applicable, deliver advertising. The Company aims to control these technologies so that, except for strictly necessary cookies, they are not loaded/executed (or do not fire) without your consent.

Data transfers to these third parties may involve transfers outside Japan and/or outside the EU/EEA (e.g., the United States).

7. Managing your preferences (including withdrawal)

You can change your preferences for non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner (consent management). You can also delete or block cookies via your browser settings; however, in that case, some features of the Service may not work properly.

If you delete cookies via your browser settings, the cookie banner may be shown again.

8. For users in the EU/EEA (GDPR + ePrivacy)

For users residing in the EU/EEA, the Company will provide required notices and obtain consent for cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive and related regulations.

As a project policy, for users in the EU/EEA, the Service does not use (or does not load) advertising / personalization tags.

9. Changes to this Policy

The Company may revise this Policy in response to changes in laws or changes to the Service. Revisions shall take effect at the time the revised content is posted on the Company’s website.
